Meanwhile, I watched the oxen judging, where this owner had to wrangle his ox into the arena. 


Then I watched the oxen navigate the obstacle course, where they try to pull the long through the series of cones without knocking them down.

My favorite is watching the horse pull.  Such intensity and energy there is in both man and beast.

After Don was off duty, we strolled through the livestock buildings.
